Mod Control Guide
Everything you need to control ChatGames from Twitch chat
How it works
- • Mod Control must be enabled by the streamer (it's on by default)
- • All commands start with
!and are typed in Twitch chat - • Commands have a 1-second cooldown to prevent spam
- • You can control everything: game selection, every setting in the game menus, start/stop, and navigation
- • The streamer's menu updates live as you type, and
!startstarts exactly what the menu shows

Game Control
These commands work for any active game.

Hangman Settings
Configure these before starting the game with !start.

ChatMarbles Settings
Configure these before starting with !start. Viewers type !join once, L or R at a fork (or one letter per fork in track order, like LRL), !me to find their marble, !reset to put a stuck marble back on the track (5 second penalty; a marble that fell off stays out), !marble 2 for another marble type (before the gate opens) and !skin 6 for a new look (!skins lists them; subscribers wear their tier with a crown). Once their marble has reached the finish they can rate the track with !rate 1 to !rate 10 (a new vote replaces the old one); the average shows in the track picker. !stats (or !stats name) answers with all-time wins, podiums, records and falls, !record with the record of the current track; everything is on chatgames.pro/marbles/stats. With items on, a marble that rolls through a ? box gets an item: !use (or its own command: !boost, !ghost, !rocket, !lightning, !slick) fires it, after 20 seconds it fires by itself.

Tips
Commands have a 1-second cooldown. Wait between commands or they'll be silently ignored.
Settings commands only work while the game's menu is open, not during an active game. !pause, !resume, !skip, !next and !cancel work during the game.
Menu settings are remembered in the streamer's browser. Check the chips at the top of the menu before !start — they show what will be played.
Use !restart to quickly restart a game with a fresh lobby.
Moderating counts in the game. Delete a message and ChatGames takes back the vote it cast. A timeout or ban also takes that chatter out of the running game.
Prefer buttons? Open chatgames.pro/mod on your phone, log in with Twitch and pick the channel. Same commands, same wait.
The streamer can disable mod control from the dashboard at any time. When disabled, your commands will be treated as normal chat messages.
Game-play commands like !join, !guess, and vote numbers still work normally — mod control only intercepts control commands.
