How a round works

The board is dealt
Meme pictures from a set of 40, doubled and shuffled onto a 4×4, 6×6 or 8×8 board.

Somebody starts
Streamer, chat, coin flip or random — a three-second flip plays when it is a coin flip.

Chat votes the first card
Viewers type a coordinate like B4. The most-voted card flips when the timer expires.

And then the second
A separate vote picks the second card, with half the time of the first, so chat can react to what it just saw.

Match or miss
A match scores and the same side goes again. A miss flips both cards back — after 2.5 seconds on screen — and hands the turn over.

Three board sizes
4×4 for 8 pairs, 6×6 for 18, or 8×8 for 32 when chat is feeling confident.
Two votes per turn
The first and second pick are voted separately, which turns each turn into an actual discussion instead of a guess.
Built to be memorised
Matched cards stay up 1.5 seconds and misses 2.5 seconds, long enough for chat to burn the position in.
Questions streamers ask
How does chat pick a card?
By typing its coordinate, like B4 — letters are columns, numbers are rows. Exactly two characters, and 4b is accepted as well.
Who plays against whom?
The streamer against the whole chat: your memory against theirs, alternating turns, most pairs at the end wins.
Why two votes per turn?
Because the second card depends on the first. Chat votes the first pick, sees it flip, then votes the second with half the time.
How big is the board?
4×4, 6×6 or 8×8 — 8, 18 or 32 pairs. 6×6 is the default and a mod can change it with !size.
What are the cards?
Classic meme pictures, 40 in all, like Distracted Boyfriend and This Is Fine. Each game deals a new mix.
Can I pause?
Yes. !pause freezes every clock, and votes chat types meanwhile still count. !resume carries on where you stopped.
