CHATionair
One contestant, fifteen questions, and a ladder that gets harder on the way up. You take the seat, or you put a chatter in it. The rest of chat plays along on every question, and its votes stay hidden until the answer is revealed. A wrong answer drops the contestant to the last safe level, so the big question is always whether to lock in or walk away.

How a round works
- 1
Someone takes the seat
You, or a chatter you pick: type a name, draw one from the !join list, or seat the last Marbles winner.
- 2
A question with four answers
Fifteen questions from the Trivia banks, all categories mixed. Levels 7, 9 and 11 to 15 are harder Pro questions.
- 3
Chat plays along
Everyone types 1, 2, 3 or 4. Only the number of votes shows, not where they went, so chat cannot give the answer away.
- 4
Lock in or walk away
A right answer climbs one level. A wrong answer, or a clock that runs out with nothing picked, drops the contestant to the last safe level: 5 or 10. Walking away keeps every level already climbed.
- 5
Three lifelines, once each
50:50 takes away two wrong answers. Ask the chat shows chat's votes and adds 20 seconds. Phone a chatter calls someone from the !join list, whose first answer within 30 seconds is their advice.
What viewers type in chat
1 / 2 / 3 / 4 | Your vote on the question on screen. A to D work too, and your last vote counts. |
!join | Get on the list for Phone a chatter. |
final | Chatter in the seat: type a number, then final (or lock) to lock it in. |
!50 · !ask · !phone · !walk | Chatter in the seat: use a lifeline, or walk away. |
!contestant <name> | Mods: put a chatter in the seat, or streamer to take it back. |
Streamer settings
You or a chatter in the seat
The streamer plays by clicking, or with the keys 1 to 4 and Enter. A chatter plays from chat with a number and final.
Hidden votes
Chat's split stays hidden until the reveal, unless the contestant spends Ask the chat. Nobody can just read the answer off the screen.
Points for helpers
Every chatter who voted for the right answer scores a point. The five best helpers are on screen.
A clock you choose
15 to 120 seconds per question, 60 by default, or no clock at all. Mods set it with !timer, and !skip swaps a question for another of the same difficulty.
Questions streamers ask
Who is in the seat?
The streamer by default. You can also seat a chatter: by name, a random name from the !join list, or the last Marbles winner. A mod can do it with !contestant and a name.
What does chat do?
Play along. Every viewer votes 1, 2, 3 or 4 on every question and scores a point for each right vote. Chat's votes are hidden until the reveal, unless the contestant asks the chat.
Where are the safe levels?
At 5 and 10. A wrong answer drops the contestant to the last one they passed: 0, 5 or 10.
Is there prize money?
No. The ladder counts levels, nothing else.
Which questions are asked?
Questions from the Trivia banks in English or German, all 13 categories mixed. The higher levels use the harder Pro questions, and your channel gets questions it has not played before first.
