Chat Tier List
Chat Tier List
The classic tier list, ranked by your whole chat. The streamer picks a list, like sweets, cars or superpowers. One item flies out of the drawer into the middle of the screen, chat types a letter from S to F, and the votes pop up around it live. When the timer ends the item gets stamped and drops into its row. At the end the finished list stays on screen, so you can argue about it with chat.

How a round works
- 1
Pick a list
35 lists with 16 items each, from sweets and cars to dinosaurs, sauces and landmarks. Or take Fresh pick: the list your channel played longest ago, or one it has never played.
- 2
An item comes up
It flies from the drawer at the bottom to the middle of the screen, big enough for everyone to see.
- 3
Chat types a tier
S, A, B, C, D or F. Every vote pops up next to the item, and the live bars show where chat is heading.
- 4
Stamp and drop
The item lands in the tier of chat's average vote. If chat's votes are spread far apart, the item gets a Chat is split sticker.
- 5
The finished list
All items in their rows, plus the most loved, the most hated and the most split item. It stays until the streamer leaves.
What viewers type in chat
S | Your tier for the item on screen: S, A, B, C, D or F. Type again to change it; your last letter counts. |
!pack animals | Mods: pick the list by name, or fresh for Fresh pick. |
!items 12 | Mods: play 8, 12 or 16 items. |
Streamer settings
35 ready lists
560 items. Pineapple on pizza, durian, the capybara: the ones chat will fight about are in there.
No joining
Anyone in chat can vote right away, one vote per person per item.
The average decides
Every vote counts, so one troll typing F cannot sink an item that the rest of chat loves.
Made for talking
The final list stays on screen as long as you like, with awards for the most loved, most hated and most split item. !pause stops the clock while you argue, and chat can still vote.
Questions streamers ask
What does chat type?
One letter: S, A, B, C, D or F. "S tier" and "b-tier" work too. Each viewer has one vote per item, and a new letter replaces the old one.
How is the tier decided?
S counts 5 points, A 4, down to F with 0. The top and bottom quarter of the votes are dropped, so a few trolls cannot drag it, and the item lands in the tier of the rounded average of the rest.
What happens without votes?
The item sits out and stays off the board. The streamer can also lock the votes early or skip the pause after the stamp.
How long does a list take?
About 5 minutes for 16 items at 15 seconds each. You can play 8, 12 or 16 items with 10 to 60 seconds per item.
Which lists are there?
Sweets, cars, fast food, pizza toppings, fruits, drinks, animals, game genres, superpowers, sports, breakfast, desserts, prehistoric animals, sea creatures, weather, jobs, instruments, vegetables, snacks, chores, hobbies, transport, creepy crawlies, mythical creatures, space, school subjects, celebrations, classic games, vacations, sauces and dips, ice cream flavors, dinner, clothes, inventions and landmarks, with English and German names.
What is Fresh pick?
It plays the list your channel has not played for the longest time, lists you have never played first. Inside a list, items your chat has not seen yet come up first too.
